Humane World for Animals is a global organisation focused on animal protection, welfare, and coexistence. This project focused on refreshing an existing WhatsApp chatbot designed to provide snakebite awareness and first-response information in Karnataka. 

The update placed greater emphasis on clear visual cues, using simple illustrations and visual hierarchy to make critical information easier to understand and act on. This project is a work in progress.
